Dear Families:

Kaitlyn Lovett was a beautiful, kind, thoughtful, brave woman who sadly passed away this year at the young age of 28.  Despite the pain of her lifelong chronic autoimmune disease APS Type1, Kaite was always smiling and a ray of sunshine to those in her life particularly her loving family and the students in her 4th grade classes.  The loss of the Lovett family is beyond belief.  We are honoring Kaitlyn and the entire Lovett family by reinstating the Holy Rosary Christmas Tournament and forever naming it in Kaitlyn’s honor.  The Lovett family is at the heart of Holy Rosary CYO.  John Lovett was involved with the program for 18 years and was the coordinator for 10.  His jersey hangs high over the Holy Rosary basketball court.  The 5 Lovett children have played countless games in the gym, won CYO championships, and even gone on to referee.  Maureen Lovett has volunteered countless hours and cheered on her children and all Holy Rosary teams along with their extended family.
